Good Morning! Reading Psalm 103 always brings a smile to my face and hope to my heart. Try it right now- verses 1-5.
Psalm 103
A psalm of David.
1 Let all that I am praise the Lord;
with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.
2 Let all that I am praise the Lord;
may I never forget the good things he does for me.
3 He forgives all my sins
and heals all my diseases.
4 He redeems me from death
and crowns me with love and tender mercies.
5 He fills my life with good things.

Can you think of good things God has done for you? Send Him a prayer of thanksgiving right now. The best thing He did for me was send Jesus die in my place for my sins. Day after day, He redeems me, forgives me, loves me and renews me. I love this time of Lent when I can focus on Jesus and His great love and sacrifice for me. What a blessed Savior we have in Jesus.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for sending Jesus, for the many things you allow to come into my life to challenge and bless me. Day to day it is such a blessing to know I am saved and held in your arms as a child of yours. Help me to be a blessing to someone today in your name. Amen.
